HotFriends, Hotfriends.com, and/or a Hotfriends Membership is not intended to be and shall not be construed as an offer of or solicitation for sexual favors in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. Rather, that which follows constitutes an offer by HotFriends to attempt to arrange dates and companionship at and for socially acceptable and lawful activities between consenting adults in exchange for a fee. Such activities as those in which the parties engage are up to and at the sole discretion of the parties to the date, not HotFriends, and may include, but are not limited to dinner, evening or other time-of-day-outings, dancing, modeling, sporting events, movies, etc. Any and all monies which are exchanged are in consideration for arranging the time of and for such activities. Anything else that may occur is a matter of personal choice between two or more consenting adults of legal age, 21 and over, and is not contracted for, nor is it requested to be contracted to, or compensated for in any manner whatsoever. As solely and no more than a facilitator of these dates over which
it has not and may not exercise or exert any control, HotFriends
accepts no responsibility for and shall be held harmless by the contracting
parties from any and all claims, damages, injuries, actions, omissions,
or commissions of any kind which may or do occur on, during or resulting
from any dates so arranged. HotFriends expressly and explicitly makes
no guarantees, warranties, assurances or promises of any kind as
to the accuracy of any information provided by any parties to the
dates.
